Ocean going adventures are still top of the list when it comes to finding indulgent and secluded time off. We bring you three of the most exclusive private yachts on the market, so you can just relax and enjoy your next vacation.
Launched in 2008 by the Benetti shipyard, the magnificent 60m custom-built motor yacht, St. David, was built with a single purpose in mind: to achieve the absolute pinnacle of excellence.
It’s something that seems entirely plausible when you take a look at her sleek exterior which is the work of designer Andrew Winch and is strikingly different to other Benetti super yachts built to date. Low, streamlined and curvy, her exterior lines mirror the sleek profiles of Ferrari and Lamborghini supercars.
Inside she sleeps up to 12 guests in six impressive staterooms including a magnificent master suite, one VIP stateroom and four doubles. The vast master suite is split over two levels and has a sumptuous lounge area, private bathroom and leads to a raised bedroom with panoramic views.
Throughout her interior the intricate craftsmanship is finished to the highest standards; beautiful mosaic floors, sculptured tables that rise and fall, detailed marquetry and magnificent sweeping spiral staircase. The Baroque style architecture and Italian Riviera style creates a lavish atmosphere on board whilst a floating staircase which spans three entire decks is topped by a skylight and peeks into the bottom of the sun-deck pool. True design pedigree.
If you’re of a lounging persuasion then outside her decks are just as impressive with shaded areas for comfy relaxation, a large pool, oversize jacuzzi and a huge entertainment area where you can watch movies under the stars at the outdoor cinema. From propping up the outdoor bar, resting up in the spa to trying out all kinds of watersports or partying the night away with friends in her private nightclub, you’ll never be short of things to do.
SUMMER: From 240,000 EUR p/week (Approx $324,000), Western Mediterranean. WINTER: From 240,000 EUR p/week (Approx $324,000), please enquire about cruising area. Contact Camper & Nicholsons: camperandnicholsons.com/st-david.
At the time of launching Ocean Victory was the largest Feadship ever built and is still the largest ever to go on sale. Over 75 m long, and custom-built in 2009 by the De Vries Feadship shipyard, Camper & Nicholsons has project-managed the entire build. The result is a yacht that would impress all seaworthy oligarchs.
Her interior styling is the work of the highly acclaimed Cabinet Pinto in Paris who have created exceptional living areas finished to meticulously high standards (the late Alberto Pinto himself took great personal interest in every detail).
So what does Ocean Victory offer the elite yacht owner? She sleeps up to 14 guests in seven generous staterooms including a large master suite, plus extra rooms to accommodate a crew of 25. The owner’s deck and suite offers has his and hers bathrooms and dressing rooms, with a private veranda deck for undisturbed sea, shore, or star-gazing.
Being blessed with such generous proportions, Ocean Victory isn’t short of luxury deck spaces and features. You’ll find a beach club, gym and massage room, sauna, jet pool, Hamam and bathing platform. Naturally, the home cinema for twelve and touch-and-go helipad emphasise the sense of luxury living you would expect of a yacht of such exquisite pedigree.
Maintained regardless of cost and only ever used privately, never chartered, she is ready to go anywhere in the utmost comfort. Being blissfully stranded beside a paradise island has never been so tempting.

Another impressive specimen to come out of the Benetti Shipyard, Swan’s interior styling comes from world-famous Pierre-Yves Rochdo. Boasting a striking blue hull and vast sundeck, inside the sheer volume of her interior and the abundance of natural light is simply breathtaking.
At 60m she can accommodate up to 12 guests in six spacious cabins that include an impressive forward facing, full-beam master suite with private owners’ sitting room and separate study. There are four cabins on the lower deck and a convertible cabin on the bridge deck. Rich, dark woods and natural tones combined with elegant furnishings and sumptuous textiles create a relaxed ambience in the main and bridge deck saloons flowing through to the formal dining room.
Swan’s deck spaces are hard to better, with beautifully designed al fresco dining areas and offering all the luxuries expected of a superyacht. She has enough toys to keep the most demanding of water-sports enthusiasts occupied for hours, she includes a touch-and-go helipad and her own private beach club. The huge sundeck plays host to an oversize Jacuzzi, outdoor bar area, gym and ample space for sun lounging. Ideal for days spent relaxing and evenings spent partying.
Swan is in impeccable condition, benefiting from a host of upgrades. She also comes with a fittingly decadent price tag – yours for a cool EUR39,000,000. Buying Swan not only saves you the three-year wait for a new-build Benetti, but it does so in the most spectacular way possible.
